Project Description: The historic Elms Hotel & Spa originally built in 1888 is located just outside of downtown Kansas City in the town of Excelsior Springs (https://www.elmshotelandspa.com/elms-history.htm). Construction consisted of 153 rooms and corridor renovations. 20,000 SF of Public Space renovations included a new Spa Sanctuary, Spa Treatment Rooms, Wine Bar/Cafe, Grand Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Center, Tavern and Truman Board Room. Midway preserved the historic integrity of the building throughout the renovation of the Rooms, Corridors and Public Spaces.
