Project Description: Preconstruction/construction phases for the guest room and public space renovation at the sprawling Pheasant Run Resort. Preconstruction consisted of conceptual budgeting, design and assist and managing of the Architect and their Engineering team. This concentrated renovation consisted of demolishing all areas down to the metal studs. It also included modifying 54 rooms into 27 two story luxury suites. Renovation also included six major corridors, vending areas, window replacement, and meeting room spaces, along with the recreation of the fabulous New Orleans style Bourbon Street shops.
