Project Description: The Arbors of Barrington project consisted of the conversion of apartment units built in the early 1960’s into high-end condominiums. The project consists of 110 units spread over 12 individual and unique buildings with a total of 28 different floor plans. Collectively, the 200,000 plus square foot project has single levels, 2, 3, and 4 story units spread throughout the campus.
