Project Description: Located in the heart of Disney, the Hilton Buena Vista Palace project consisted of the renovation of 870 guestrooms (spread over 4 towers) and 50,000 sf of public space areas including the lobby, 3 meal restaurant, fitness center, meeting spaces, and a new grab and go. The Lobby atrium was in-filled with steel and concrete to allow for more usable guest space in the lobby and lobby bar. The coordination with hotel staff to ensure minimal guest inconvenience during this entire renovation was crucial to the team’s success.
