Project Description: Connections Day School construction consisted of a three-story structural steel, precast, and masonry building covering 40,000 square feet of classrooms, auditorium, and offices servicing gifted children in the surrounding community. Given the size of the lot, building size and parking lot area an underground ADS detention system was installed to satisfy the public works requirements; one of the first buildings installed with this system in the Lake County, IL area at the time.
