Project Description: The 3 story 17,000 square foot South Loop Goddard School was a one-of-a-kind build for the Goddard School brand at the time it was erected. South Loop Goddard School is located in the high-end residential area of South Loop of Chicago. Building construction consisted of precast, steel and concrete decking. Construction also consisted of a 3-stop elevator, floor to ceiling engineered storefront systems and automated mechanical systems. This school also has amenities like a rooftop playground and state of the art security systems that were a first of their kind for the Goddard School Brand.
