Project Description: The 1000 room Hilton Bonnet Creek project consisted of the complete renovation of the hotel lobby, lobby bar, grab and go, and exterior terrace as well as 36 suite conversions. The work was completed during one of the Hotels busiest times of year making for a logistical challenge. Midway was able to complete this project on schedule while keeping the hotel guests happy and almost unaware that there was a renovation project going on at the property. Midway utilized a relocated front desk for guest check-in and constructed a 160’ long above ground “temporary tunnel" corridor to bring guests through the lobby while it was being constructed.
