Project Description: The Island Beach Club was a ground up construction of a condominium building located on Beautiful Lover’s Key in Fort Myers, FL. The Island Beach Club Project consisted of a thirteen story, 150,000 square foot luxury condominium, a two-story parking garage, swimming pool, recreation and health club building.
