Project Description: Midway converted the 555 Room Red Lion Inn Hotel into 339-unit multi-family workforce housing property now known as Maingate Village. This project consisted of 15 separate buildings that were completed in 2 phases. Construction included full gut rehab of interiors to include full kitchens, appliances, new PTAC units, walk-in closets, etc. In addition, to the interior construction all 339-units had to be individually metered, new main power, new fire main loop lines, hydrants, and sprinkler systems.
