Project Description: The 10,000 square foot Marathon Service Station/Mini Mart and Stores in Round Lake, IL. was completed in just 5 months. The wood frame structure consisted of 2 x 6 walls and prefabricated wood trusses complemented with a brick veneer and stucco wall system. The building also housed a drive-thru Dunkin Donuts.
