Project Description: Formally known as Claremont of Buffalo Grove this senior living facility renovation consisted of a 1st floor full gut rehab of the main lobby, parlor, PT/OT center, spa, offices, multi-purpose room, dining room, nurses' station, dialysis treatment center and corridor. 2nd floor construction consists of renovation of nurses’ station, dining room, 2 new residential rooms, 1 residential suite, 3 spas, salon, and corridors.
