Project Description: The Meadow Club was a mixed-use convention center comprising of over 100,000 SF of renovation and new addition work. The 30,000 SF banquet facility accommodates 1100 diners while the 32,000 SF auditorium seated 1200 patrons. The new facility also included a full-service restaurant, jazz club, art gallery and auxiliary spaces. The five-acre adjacent parcel was transformed to accommodate parking.
