Project Description: The Three Owls Restaurant was a rebranded restaurant located inside The Elms Hotel & Spa. Construction consisted of newly remodeled dining room, upper dining area, bar and back bar. The Grand staircase leading to the upper dining area was refinished to resemble the same finishes as the bar.
